The phone rang the other day around the noon hour and having just gone through the political season I had become very proficient at pressing talk and then off on the phone to avoid taking the call from a number that I didn’t recognize. For some reason I decided to answer.

The voice on the other end: “hello James, this is Ray Comfort of Living Waters.”

Jim: Well hello Ray what can I do for you?

Ray: I’m just calling to thank you and your wife for supporting Living Waters this past year.

Jim: It was our pleasure. Ray I’m just so very thankful for your ministry of spreading the gospel and for all of the materials and tools that your ministry offers. Is there anything that I can do for you or pray for you.

Ray: Why yes, you’ve heard of 180 haven’t you?

Jim: Yes we’ve done some 180 outreaches.

Ray: On Monday we’re going to have a big announcement of a new outreach that will be bigger than 180 called “Genius” and you can pray about that.

Jim: I will and please pray for the Milwaukee Seed Sowers as well. We have training coming up in the new year.

Ray: As soon as I hang up the phone I will. I’m on my way to Chicago this afternoon and then onto Kentucky for the National Bible Bee contest.

Jim: Safe travels and thank you for your call.

Ray: Have a blessed day. Good bye.

Galatians 6:8-10 ⁸ For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.⁹ And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. ¹⁰ As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

It’s hard to believe that 2012 is only six weeks from being over.

God’s Word says Can two walk together, except they be agreed? Amos 3:3

We are already planning for 2013 and there are many people that need to hear the gospel. Can we all agree on that. Equipping for next year is in the planning and scheduled to begin in February.

We are also happy to announce brand new six week training that is targeted for youth entitled Roots and is based on Season 4 of the Way of the Master TV program. If you have a middle or high school student, encourage them to find out about the class and attend.

There will be many opportunities to go out into the highways and byways and share the gospel.
